Ascend provides AI-generated personalized learning paths, lessons, quizzes, projects and an AI tutor. Outputs are generated and may contain errors; use your judgment, especially for medical, legal, or financial topics.
You must be 13+ (or the digital-consent age in your country). Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Billing — access continues until the end of the current period. Premium offers a 3-day free trial; cancel before it ends to avoid being charged. Prices are listed on the subscribe page and may change with notice.
We don't generally offer refunds for partial periods. Statutory refund rights (e.g. EU 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable) are unaffected.
Don't misuse the service: no illegal activity, harassment, scraping, attempting to extract model weights, generating content that violates third-party rights, or reselling without permission.
You retain ownership of goals, notes, and projects you create. You grant us a limited license to host and process them to operate the service.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
